Shipping & Delivery

 What shipping options do you offer?

 

  • The shipping charge on your order is based on the shipping method chosen. See Shipping methods & timelines for shipping rates and transit times. Note: We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses.

  • Rates and timelines described below are for orders shipping within the U.S. (including addresses for the U.S. Military and to any U.S. territory).

  • Total Delivery Time starts when your order is transmitted to Civil Wrongs. Items on sale for "PRE-ORDER" will list a shipping date.

Return and Exchange Policy

 

  • Merchandise may be returned for a paritial refund or exchange by mail within 16 business days of the original SHIP date.

  • Refunds are less all shipping fees.

  • Please Note: Certain items and online purchases may be subject to additional return restrictions as noted on the tag, packing slip or posted online.

 

To Return by Mail

 

  • Complete the Return Form (the bottom portion of your packing slip), including Quantity Returned and Reason Code found on the reverse side of your packing slip.

  • Include your contact information in case we need to contact you regarding your return.

  • Detach the pre-addressed return label at the bottom of the form and set aside.

  • Pack your merchandise with the return form securely inside.

  • Attach the pre-addressed return label to the outside packet and ship it to the return address on your package.

  • We advise selecting an insured mail service; we are not responsible for items that we do not receive.

  • Packages must be prepaid by you; COD deliveries will not be accepted.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot refund original or return shipping fees.

  • If you are returning a gift and prefer to receive a Gift Card for the total amount rather than have the original purchaser's credit card refunded, please check the appropriate box on the return form.

  • Please note that exchanges cannot be processed online. If you would like to exchange an item, you can either return the original item and place a new order separately. Civil Wrongs will issue a coupon code for your credit.

  • Refunds are only issued to the credit card used when the order was originally placed if within 16. After 16 days, there will be no refunds or exchanges.

  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to post on your account once we receive the package.

Forgotten Coupons

Coupons and webcodes offering discounts on your entire purchase cannot be applied toward previously placed orders or prior purchases. Promotional discounts are to be applied at the time of order placement.

 

Price Adjustments

Unfortunately, price adjustment requests will not be honored.

 

Order Tracking

 

  • The shipping confirmation email you receive after your order is shipped, contains a tracking number. You can track your package at www.UPS.com or at www.USPS.com.

How do I modify or cancel my order?
